For maximum effect, recommended instruction as follows:

Take it at bed time without drinking water at least 2 hours after a meal. (An empty stomach is better.)
Eat tablets like a candy. Mix it with your saliva very well.
Better not to drink water or any liquid for at least 30 mins before and after you take.
Drink plenty of water a day if you do not have any restriction to drink water.

Recommended starting dose:

Adults: 8-12 tablets at bed time
Children: 2-4 tablets at bed time

A. There was no histamine detected in all our products. We tested it in two labs, and both results confirmed that BN does not contain histamine.

A. Our final product does not contain any yeast. Yeast was not detected in the granules or tablets.

I have taken Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme for about three months but I skipped taking it when I was feeling unwell. After taking Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme, it was a great relief for my constipation. I was hoping that I could manage my weight control as well while taking the enzyme but it is better to manage that with a healthy diet, snacks, time of meals and exercise etc at the same time.
