Gut Health & Constipation x Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme
The reason why I decided to try Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme is that I would like to increase the good bacteria in my gut due to my persistent constipation. I was also interested in green papaya itself.
I had a consultation before I started taking Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme and it was helpful to talk to an advisor and understand how the enzyme works in my body and how I can take this enzyme in order to maximise the benefits. It increased my motivation.
I was advised to try 2 sachets for my condition and I noticed the benefits soon after I started taking Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme. I had a bowel movement everyday since I started taking it and I was able to wake up easily and my body felt lighter in the morning. Although I was following the instruction given by the advisor to have a diet high in vegetables, my bowel movement got slightly worse after a while. When I reflect back on the time my bowel movement got worse, there were a number of reasons why my condition got worse, such as a lower intake of water, lack of exercise, staying up late, too much bread and pasta. I consulted the advisor again and she recommended to take 3 sachets, then my bowel movement got better again.
I tend to forget to take supplements but taking Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme just before going to bed without water was easy enough for a careless/ forgettable person like me. It was good that I did not have to restrict food and drinks, apart from I trying to eat less meat. The powder was easy to dissolve in my mouth and it was sweet and the taste was good, so it was something I was looking forward to taking at bed time.
