How to take
Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme is a food supplement.
We offer both granules and tablets. They are the same product from the same manufacturer. The way to take them is the same, and the effectiveness is also the same; however, the cost differs significantly. Tablets are much more cost-effective.
In the UK, 1 sachet of granules is equivalent to 4 tablets.
For maximum effect, please follow the recommended instructions below:
For granules:
Chew thoroughly and mix well with your saliva.
- Let it melt in your mouth, then swallow gradually.
- Take at bedtime, at least 2 hours after a meal (an empty stomach is preferable).
- It is recommended not to drink fluids/water for at least 30 minutes before and after taking it.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day if you have no restrictions (ideally around 2L per day for adults).
Recommended starting dose: 1–3 sachets at bedtime
You may increase up to a maximum of 16 sachets per day if needed.
For tablets:
- Dissolve the tablets in your mouth without water and mix well with saliva. Please take them like sweets. If this is difficult, you may take them with a small amount of water.
- Take at bedtime, at least 2 hours after a meal (an empty stomach is preferable).
- It is recommended not to drink fluids/water for at least 30 minutes before and after taking it.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day if you have no restrictions (ideally around 2L per day for adults).
Recommended dose: 18 tablets at bedtime
Maximum daily dose: up to 82 tablets per day

Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme is safe for newborn babies. For babies, please make it into a paste with breast milk or a little water. You can crush the tablets — crushing them does not affect their effectiveness.
If you have any food allergies related to the ingredients, please do not consume it.
Ingredients: Green papaya fruits and seeds, dextrose, yeast
*The final product does not contain yeast.
*Our product does not contain histamine.
*Dextrose is used in the fermentation process, not for taste. It is needed to feed the bacteria during the bio-fermentation process.
You can make a fermented green papaya water spray for your skin and apply it topically.
【How to make a fermented green papaya water spray】
The ratio is 1/6 of a granule sachet to 500 ml of water, or 1 tablet to 500 ml of water.
*The amount does not have to be precise. You can crush a tablet.
The water used for the spray should be filtered, bottled, or boiled.
There are no artificial preservatives in Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme, so please make a new one every 2–3 days. In summer, we recommend keeping it in the fridge to avoid bacterial growth. If there is any leftover, you can drink it.
【How to use the spray for your skin】
Spray the water onto your skin and let it air dry. There are no limits to how often you can use this spray. You can apply it as many times as you like. The more you use it, the better the results you may see. We recommend using it at least twice a day. After using the spray, you can continue with your normal skincare routine.
【Use your empty sachets for your skin!】
If you have granule sachets, after taking them, you will have empty sachets. You can add a little water into the empty sachet, mix it with the remaining FGPE powder, and apply it to your skin. Please let it air dry and then follow your normal skincare routine.
- This supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
