BN and Gut Health/ Microbiology

The head of our manufacturing team is a microbiologist, Milagrosa Cuadra, who previously conducted research on BN. Saeko has asked Milagrosa about the research papers in Microbiology before, and we would like to share the email conversation.

As requested, please find some of  the studies on Bio-Normalizer in relation to Microbiology, in general.

Abstract. A total of 141 bacterial isolates were obtained and identified from 84 gastric and rectal exudates of patients suffering from gastric ulcer, enterocolitis, diarrhea, gastroenteritis, internal and external hemorrhoids. The clinical isolates identified were Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Citrobacter freundii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter sakazakii, Edwardsiella tarda, Proteus vulgaris and Enterobacter agglomerans.

The minimum inhibitory concentration of Bio-catalyzer a.r No.11 (Bio-normalizer), a health food supplement made by yeast fermentation of Carica papaya Linn. and traditional Japanese herbs, was found out to be 500 mg/ml. Its antimicrobial activity against these clinical isolates was determined by paper disc diffusion method.

Bio-normalizer showed thinning of growth on 89% of the isolates. The results suggest that Bio-normalizer has the potential to stop the growth of the most commonly encountered enteropathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms which may abound during abnormal conditions in the gastrointestinal tract.

Another conversation with her.

I have attached an interesting study about Bio-Normalizer related to your query.

The study is about the lactic acid bacteria isolated and identified in the fermentation process of Bio-Normalizer.  This means that Bio-Normalizer can act as probiotic. Generally,  lactic acid bacteria are regarded as good probiotic. But, still depends on the individual's gastrointestinal composition. We can't say that there is one absolute regimen that is good for everyone.

You may also corollate the study on the antimicrobial property of Bio-Normalizer against bacterial isolates from the gastric and rectal exudates of patients suffering from gastric ulcer, enterocolitis, diarrhea, gastroenteritis, internal and external hemorrhoids. Pls. refer to the journal previously sent to you.

From these two (2) scientific studies, it is evident that Bio-Normalizer has the potential in ensuring a healthy gut microbiota. And, can be used as alternative therapy for individuals suffering from some gastrointestinal discomforts.

I must say that, these are just some objective evidences that should be further evaluated as to the efficacy of Bio-Normalizer in dealing with GI tract infections or diseases.
