Feeling a little bloated, congested or just feeling like you want to get the digestion going, this detox papaya smoothie is the perfect recipe for that! This smoothie is great to have before or after a meal, to help support your digestive system. Alternatively, you could have this smoothie when you are feeling bloated, have an IBS flare up or just need something to boost your gut health. I try to have one of these smoothies every other day to take my daily Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme.


Ingredients:
-1 x sachet Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme
-1 cup chopped pineapple (can be frozen or fresh)
-1 cup chopped papaya
-1 tsp turmeric
-1 tsp maple syrup
-1-2 cups water depending on how you want your

Consistency
Method:
Step 1: chop up your papaya and pineapple into medium size chunks.
Step 2: add all ingredients to a blender (or jug for hand blending).
Step 3: blend until smooth in consistency and there are no chunks of fruit. I blend for around 1 minute.
Step 4: serve! I love pouring my detox papaya smoothie into a mason jar.
