Japanese Health Secrets from Ayame Kinno

Ayame is from Japan, she lives in Budapest, Hungary. She is a certified holistic health coach, who graduated from Institute for Integrative Nutrition, IIN, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching method.

She came across Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme, Bio Normalizer and she loves it! We interviewed Ayame about her health secrets as a Japanese and her passion of Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme.

1) People think that Japanese food is healthy. What is the healthiest thing about the Japanese diet ?
.

The diet(food) itself. I think a traditional Japanese diet can be described as the “Real Food of Planet Earth”. I find great pride and so much joy in it. For me it smells like the earth, the sea and the mountains… the smell of life.

Traditional Japanese staples are based on natural, largely fresh, and unprocessed, with very few refined ingredients and sugar, such as fish and vegetables with an emphasis on sea vegetables, brown rice, tofu, miso, soy, tea, and fruit. Beef and chicken are used as condiments rather than entrees, meaning they are used sparingly to add subtle flavor to other foods. Foods such as dairy, breads, and flours are excluded.

Those above are great sources of microbiome. High in nutrients, well balanced, rich in antioxidants, protein, low in saturated fats, etc… And it is a very simple diet. That means that Japanese food is very healthy.

2) What is the best piece of Japanese health advice you were given growing up?
.
Honestly, this is a little bit hard to choose only one as there are many Japanese health tips I was given whilst growing up… haha So some of them were like the main principles, including avoid overeating, observing the hara hachi bu rule (eating until you are only 80% full), eating lots of fresh vegetables, a wide variety of foods, and eat colourful. To eat more whole grains (brown rice over white rice) and choose fruit for dessert… I am sorry I cannot decide on only one piece of advice:)
.
3) Why did you decide to try Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme, Bio Normalizer? How did you feel when you tried?
.

There were many reasons, but what made me interested in trying it the most was the methods and techniques used in green papaya cultivation and production. The farmers in the Philippines ,where the green papaya is cultivated, apply non-artificial organic agriculture techniques and that means not using any chemicals. So when they ripen, the papayas are full of antioxidants and enzymes. Moreover, during the fermentation process, a special classical music is played for the papayas, and they are harvested only on the night of a full moon, which guarantees abundant energy and nutritional savings. These facts literally made me feel I would love to try!

My experience with fermented green papaya enzymes was amazing! I have tried it for 5 days at bedtime. The next morning after starting to take it, my body felt lighter upon waking, it felt like I had a good night's sleep, and I was pleasantly refreshed. I felt my energy levels had increased. This all made sense as the fermented green papaya enzyme rebalanced my gut flora and improved the function and system, so that’s the reason why I felt more energetic and I was able to know more about what my body really needs.

4) Why are you so passionate about Fermented Green Papaya Enzyme?
.

Since I know the importance of gut health as a certified health coach, I always doubt most supplements around the world today, as some of them have many artificial ingredients or chemicals, even though it says for losing weight or cleaning skin etc. But I know that 80% of disease/unhealthy conditions/symptoms comes from our gut. And generally, artificial and chemicals are not good for our gut health.

There is no need for chemical extraction or purification. I like how it is produced, and also how the company/producers think about the fermented green papaya enzyme. This is why I am passionate about this product.

5) What and who is it most beneficial for?
.
Anyone who is serious about improving their health. Anyone who wants to boost their immune system, gut health, skin conditions, anti-ageing, sleep quality, happiness mood, etc.
.
6) Do you have any health tips that you would like to share ?
.
Your life is a creation of your choices. Everything that happens in your life comes from every decision that you make :) We don’t need to be perfect. It’s okay to make a  mistake, fail, and give up sometimes. But we all can learn from it and can be better than we were yesterday.
But please make sure to prioritise your health first. Because if you are unhealthy, you cannot seek your goals, enjoy moments, and satisfyingly live in the present. Nourish your body well, your mind, your health, and your life consistently. There are lots of trendy methods when it comes to health today, but what we all actually need is to find a way that really matches you to be truly healthier and happier. No one size fits all:)
.
At the end of the day, always, your choices matter.
