Cardiac problem with palpitation, shortness of breath and easy fatigability

RT, 61 year old male, with cardiac problem manifested as palpitation, shortness of breath, and easy fatigability. He tried taking 1 sachet of BN on a daily basis. After 2 weeks, he could easily go up flight of stairs with ease and he noticed smoothening of his skin which was noticed by his wife, children and friends. Although he is still taking his medicines on a regular basis but the dosage was lessened. He can practically do his daily physical routine without feeling tired and no shortness of breath. He can also regularly do his daily walking with ease.
